Christmas is 32 days away, and if you are like me, and wait until the last minute to shop for presents, you are probably panicking. Luckily, I had the opportunity to hang out in New York City with Momtrends and fellow mommy bloggers at the Momtrends Holiday Soiree (#MTHoliday). It was there where I was immersed in what’s new and hot in holiday gifting this year.
The Momtrends Holiday Soiree presented this holiday season’s must-haves, which included everything from luxe items to beauty and fashion, toys for my mini me who tagged along with me, and even affordable DIY options.
For those of us, like myself who are into beauty, an Avon representative was present at the Momtrends Holiday Soiree providing makeovers and to showcase the brand’s holiday releases.
For the fashionistas in the house, ARMigami put on a mini fashion show, showcasing their stylish convertible wraps. This wrap can be styled in over 15 ways. It’s perfect for sprucing up any outfit at any time while enabling you to pack light.
The children were not left out at this mom-focused holiday soiree. I mean what are moms without their kids, right? American Girl Doll was on display featuring not only their dolls, but cute baking items like molds, books, and more. This was the area from where I could not keep my daughter away. She did not want to leave the American Girl Dolls. I definitely learned what Santa should consider bringing her.
The last few holiday seasons, DIY gifts were my go-to options. I made cookies in a jar and sugar scrubs. These items would not have been complete without their personalized labels. This year, I intend on going the same route, and will use Avery’s gift tags and labels to ensure my gifts from the heart are extra special, and they also add a professional look to the packaging. However, if you are not a big DIYer, Pearhead, a company that produces personalized gifts like ornaments, holiday wall frames, and even santa’s cookie set.
Mailing holiday cards this year will be made easy, especially when using Mabel’s Labels holiday address labels.
If you are planning a holiday gathering remember that no holiday function is complete without beautiful décor and fresh flowers. Teleflora had some of the most beautiful floral arrangements on display. The beautifully designed tablescape featuring silver pieces by Nambé provided inspiration for holiday dinner table decorating. I fell in-love with the look. Nambé also showcased stunning silver jewelry pieces, which can be purchased at Macy’s.
Let’s not forget the beverages. Holiday party guests can quench their thirst with wine from noble vines, LaCroix sparkling waters, or even an ice-cold Arizona Iced Tea.
The #MTHoliday event was a blast! What’s even better is that it made me feel a lot less panicky about this upcoming holiday season and holiday shopping. This next month will not seem so bad with the many holiday gifting ideas showcased at the Momtrends Holiday Soiree.
