It is not too often that there is a Long Island-based event, so when my family and I were invited out to East Hampton to spend the afternoon with Will Arnett for a screening of Teen Titans Go! To The Movies, I jumped on it. Plus, knowing that my 7-year-old daughter loves Teen Titans, I just knew that this would be the perfect surprise for her and a great way to kick-off our weekend after returning from our family vacation.

The screening at UA East Hampton movie theater was kicked-off with photo ops with Teen Titans Go! characters. She was ecstatic to be able to see them in person, especially her favorite, Starfire.  Due to our GPS getting us a bit lost, we arrived a bit late and missed the opportunity to see Will Arnett along with Robert Downey Jr. on the red carpet. Yeah, we missed Tony Stark!

After the screenings of Teen Titans Go! To The Movies, we headed to The Palm East Hampton, just one block away from where we were able to make sundaes, get face paintings of Teen Titans Go! characters, and have some pretty awesome balloon art made.

Guess what? During the less than 5-minute walk down to The Palm, Will Arnett and his son who were adorable in their matching outfits was right there! Wait, and it looks like Robert Downey Jr. was too! How did I miss that he was walking in front of me?

Will Arnett is a fun guy. It was cool watching him interact with the kids while putting on his best Slade voice. Will Arnett not only is the voice of one of the main characters in the movie but is also a producer. Cool, right?

After enjoying some amazing cupcakes, a sundae that she nearly threw in the whole kitchen sink, coloring, and getting Starfire painted on her face, we took the 1 ½ hour drive back home. I knew my daughter had an amazing time because no more than 10-minutes passed before she knocked out in the backseat.

About Teen Titans Go! To the Movies
Teen Titans Go! To the Movies finds the egocentric, wildly satirical Super Heroes in their first feature film extravaganza-a fresh, gleefully clever, kid-appropriately crass and tongue-in-cheek play on the superhero genre, complete with musical numbers.

With a few madcap ideas and a song in their heart, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, in hopes of pulling off their dream of starring in their own movie. But when the group is radically misdirected by a seriously Super-Villain and his maniacal plan to take over the Earth, things really go awry. The team finds their friendship and their fighting spirit failing, putting the very fate of the Teen Titans themselves on the line!

Will you and your family see Teen Titans Go! To The Movies when it hits theaters on July 27th?
