A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending an exclusive Tommee Tippee media event hosted by Vosges Haut-Chocolat in SOHO, New York City. What an awesome way to get moms out by discussing baby products while eating chocolate!

Chocolate used to be my first love before Cayden came along. At the event was a truffle bar where I made a variety of chocolate truffles with different flavored powders such as sweet curry, hibiscus and blue cheese just to name a few. They also paired their hand made truffles with cheese! Being a chef, I never thought of this. This sweet and savory Hors d’oeuvre combination using my favorite ingredient, chocolate, had me in awe. Three (3) different truffles with varying percentages of chocolate were married with three (3) cheeses.
