Happy Belated 4th of July!
I hope everyone had an enjoyable and safe holiday with your families. I did nothing yesterday except stay at-home with my husband and daughter because it was too hot! Plus, I had to work the next day (today). I had no motivation to do anything knowing I had to wake up early and get to work. Blah!
I did end up making a good Banana Piña Colada using my vitamix. It was so hot the slushiness of the drink didn’t last too long, but it was good! I’m apologizing in advance for the bad picture.
I didn’t measure anything out, but this is what I used:
Banana Piña Colada Recipe
Coco Lopez Creme de coco
Fresh cut pineapple (the sweeter the better)
1/2 of a ripe banana
Bacardi Oakheart spiced rum (to your tolerance level)
Ice
Blend until slushy
